One way to do "About" dialogs

I've always been interested in anything/everything "Software Development Life-Cycle."

Part of that is developing (slow refactoring) an About dialog that let's a user know:

current version of the product being used
access to release notes
access to previous (architecturally significant) versions
info about the version numbering scheme

What the "About BASIC Anywhere Machine" dialog looks like in the current TEST Version of BAM:

Mine shows every time you start SpecBAS, but that's inherited from the original 1982 interpreter so wasn't really a conscious design choice.
