Fixed an issue causing BAM menu bar to disappear on mobile web browsers

I actually tried BAM on my Galaxy A android tablet and it ran like a dream. Everything that is displayed on my PC browser displays as it should on my Pad... Cool.. a bouncing ball? What? No aliens to shoot? LOL (Nah. Kidding... How can you have aliens in a 'bouncing ball' routine? Well, if you need to know....

As this is the first time I have used BAM on a mobile device, I cannot compare the "fix", in reference to the 'older' version. But, from what I am looking at, all looks 'normal' to me... Nice job!

Now... How about those aliens?... Moo Ha Ha Ha...
