A game in the works, programmed by Waspentalive in BASIC Anywhere Machine.

Very much like the original game. Took a couple of turns to figure out what was what but eventually got the hang of it. A very nice version indeed. Surprising twist in that the Klingons are attacking other bases at the same time. Definitely adds a degree of urgency to the game. I did not get to finish my first game, as other priorities, prevented me from doing so.... (had to get the dishes done before my wife got home from work...)

Brilliant game! Two thumbs way up!!

Hey, thanks!

I passed that very kind message along.

Aside: the Waspentalive's Trek "showcase page" updated with link to the source code.

Game also updated.  See the source code for details.

Hmm... Source code you say? Hmm... Time to "look under the hood..."  Moo Ha Ha Ha....

Just had a "quick look" at the code. Very familiar indeed. As time permits, a "fine toothed comb", will be the next order... Thank you for sharing... Cool...

Bah, I'm just a "middleman" appreciatively riding on Waspentalive's creative and talented coattails.

The least I can do is offer up my time to get the word out on his good stuff in exchange for getting to showcase on my website something really cool created with BAM.

Me who likes to celebrate even the smallest of things, you can bet I am shaking what my mama gave me.  Might explain all of the creaking noises ...
