WeIRCd - an easy-to-configure IRC daemon for Windows - in case you wish to test something on an IRC network, but in a safe environment, all you need to do after installing is create a password for network admin - the server daemon server can accept a total of 5 clients max and uses only port 6667 or 6668...

Tip - make a bat file from Notepad (run as admin) in the WeIRCd folder and put insist just this code and run the bat file every time you want to run the program (you can make a shortcut to the desktop of the bat file)
